Maine Source Homes, LLC was started in 1972 by our President and Sales Manager,
Bill Turner. Maine Source Homes, LLC has built more than 350 modular homes homes in the Lewiston/Auburn,
ME area and we pride ourselves on building affordable quality manufactured homes geared towards the first time home buyer.
We can work with turnkey loan programs such as Maine State Housing and Rural Development
as well as more traditional
standard construction financing. We work with a wide varity of banks and lenders to make sure our customers get the right loan program with the best rates.

Once you have your financing secured, we walk you through every step of the construction process lead by Mark Turner, Project Manager. Mark works hard to keep your home on schedule and make sure what you order is what you get.
Mark will
help you choose options for your modular home ie: flooring, siding, decks, counter
tops. As well as layout your new modular home on one of
our lots using our CAD system or work with you on your land. Mark also coordinates with all the subcontractors
to make sure our standards of quality are met. |

Jon is the latest addition to our Maine Source Team. He is a Maine licensed Real Estate agent, with a focus on first time home buyers. Jon is well versed in financing options, from conventional loans to RD loans. Jon helps customers with new home packages as well as representing our buyers and sellers with the purchase and sale of existing properties or land. |

Tim runs the excavation and house sets crews for Maine Source Homes, LLC. Tim assures that your site work is done to the highest standards and instead of managing your own contractors Maine Source will have our employee's supervising the site or actually completing the work.
This assures that a quality finish product.
