Raised Ranch Style Modular Homes
The raised ranch home is perfect for sloping lots or lots with high water tables. They also allow daylight basements with future living space. The Maine Source Raised Ranch, due to the ICF foundation, has a basement that is already insulated and dry walled. Many home owners have added I-beams to eliminate some or all of the basement columns offering a wide open family room or game room.
