What's Included with a Modular Home
We provide our modular home customers with a full service experience. That means we don't just deliver you a house and then leave it to you to do everything else. We'll let you be as involved as you like. We also are very flexible. We'll show you a few floor plans to help get you started, but we can really build you anything that suits your needs. Just ask.
Site Excavation and Backfill
We'll bring our own equipment to the site, remove any trees that are in the way of delivering and setting your prefabricated modular home, and dig the foundation hole. Then once the foundation is in, we'll install drains and backfill with clean sand around the perimeter of the foundation. If you need more loam or backfill than what's available at the site, this would be provided to you at an additional cost.
Full Foundation
We'll form and pour the foundation, pour the floor, install the foundation's drainage system inside and out, and provide you with rough carpentry stairs for easy access to the basement from the first floor.
Plumbing Hookups
We'll do all the plumbing work inside the house an make the necessary connections to the water and waste systems available at the site.
Electrical Hookups
We provide the overhead entrance service within 150 ft of CMP pole and internal electric service and make all the connections.
